Doggie Doodie Pet Waste Clean-Up Service

Who are we and what do we do?
Doggie Doodie is a "pooper scooper" service. We try to make dog ownership more enjoyable and enable you to
spend more time with your dog and family. We will come and clean up what your dog leaves behind.

Why do I need your services?
There are many answers to this question we will name a few. Many people lead very busy lives and just don't have the
time to do it, some just don't like doing it, keeping pet waste cleaned up is healthier for everyone, the environment and
especially your pet. Pet waste can pose many, many health problems for pets and people. A cleaner yard has a better
appearance and nobody likes the odor it causes.

How do I start service and is there a contract? Simply give us a call and we will be happy to set you up. No contract is involved. You may start or end service with a
phone call.

Do I need to be home for this service?
No, but for the first service it is a good idea to meet with you and your pet so we can all get acquainted and also to
find out if your dog will mind us being in their yard.

Can my dog be in the yard while you work?
Yes, as long as they don't mind us being there. We are animal lovers too. We always make sure that the gates are
properly secured so that your pet is protected.

How do you prevent spreading any diseases?
One of our main objectives in this business is protecting pets and people from the many health hazards of pet waste.
After each visit to a home our shoes and all equipment are disinfected so we do not spread anything.

What do you do with the dog waste? We will double bag the waste and dispose of it in your trash.

Do you work all year round?
Yes, we provide year round service. Although heavy rain, snow or extreme cold weather can stop us. If we are unable
to provide your service on a particular day we will come another day that week if the service cannot be made up we will return at the next scheduled visit. Your fee will remain the same due to double the amount of waste on the next scheduled visit.

Is your service guaranteed?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service we will come back and redo
the service or you will not be charged for that visit. We will try our very best to find all of the pet waste. In cases of
uncut grass, leaves, shrubs, trees, rocky areas, mulch areas or other debris the service will be performed to the best
of our ability and a notation will be made on your service statement for that day.

How do I pay?
Doggie Doodie is a pre-paid service. When your service starts payment for that month is due at the time of the first service. You are billed a monthly fee based upon your weekly rate. On or about the 15th of the month you will receive an invoice for the next month's service. Payment is due the 1st day of the month for that month's service. There will be a $10.00 late fee assessed to accounts not paid by the 1st of the month. Service will be suspended until payment is received and additional fees may apply to restart service. A $35.00 fee will be charged to cover any NSF checks.

Is there an initial fee for start up?
Yes, a first time clean-up fee is charged according to the number of dogs and time required for the clean-up.
